Deposits

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, they come off the total of your tattoo on the day.  We are happy to move your deposit, if given at least 48 hours notice (at the discretion of the artist)

Deposits are $50 per appointment, per person or $100 for full day bookings. You can deposit more if you like, if you are making multiple deposits in the lead up to your appointment please let the team know

Please ensure you use your first name, last name and date of appointment as your reference number

Deposits are to be either paid in studio, on Fresha or via bank transfer.

If you no show, you will lose your deposit and our artists are unlikely to rebook you. We hope you understand!

REFUSAL OF BUSINESS

We do have a right to refuse business to a customer. If the customer does not show up for an appointment, or is very late, we have the right to not go forward with the tattoo. Also note that if you do not show up for your appointment, there is a high chance that the artists will not rebook you.

LOYALTY CARDS

Loyalty cards are 1 card at a time per person. You and your friend/partner can not share the same card.

The loyalty card is the responsibility of the client and lost or damaged cards will not be replaced. So keep them somewhere safe.

The loyalty card is valid for 12 months from the date of being issued.

The 'free' tattoo can be used on its own up to the value of $200 or can $200 can be deducted from the total of any booking.

The value of this card can not be split between appointments, it must be used in full.

Before using your loyalty card, we would appreciate you letting us know in advance that you will be using it at your next appointment.

VOUCHERS

We sell over the counter vouchers. These are valid for 12 months from the date issued

We have no minimum $ limit, you can purchase a voucher for any amount you want
